John Williams (born February 8, 1932) is one of the best known American film composers, having penned scores for such blockbuster films as the entire "Star Wars" series, most of the "Harry Potter" movies, and numerous other popular films such as "Superman", "E.T.", and the "Indiana Jones" movies.
