Piano from Scratch

If you've never played the piano before or read a note of music, this is a great video to help you get acquainted with the basic keyboard setup and the names of the notes. You'll learn how to find high and low notes, which way is "up" and "down" on the piano, the black and white key patterns, and how to identify and name every single key on the piano.

I briefly had a few piano lessons as a child then i moved and didnt have a piano to practise on. I just want to say that your Clair de lune lessons are fantastic! I never thought i'd be able to play this but having bought a keyboard yesterday i have found myself on measure 9!

Thank you so much! Once i get this nailed i shall be looking for lessons! Perhaps with you as i am thoroughly enjoying it. Would like to learn Beethovens piano sonatas!

My friends are thinking me a bore as i now would rather stay home and learn piano than go out clubbing with them! haha
